If you are trying to decide whether to keep or sell inherited items, I can advise you of current market conditions.

Your Insurance company may recommend that you have a professional valuation. It is certainly important to have an up-to-date valuation of your contents and valuables to ensure you are fully covered in the event of a claim.  I can provide a detailed inventory for you or update an existing valuation.  

inheritance tax (probate)

If you are an executor or a beneficiary of a deceased estate, I can provide an independent probate valuation of art, antiques and other personal effects for Inheritance Tax purposes. I can also oversee a house clearance and direct the sale or disposal of any item in the most appropriate way.
